You simply share your Pegpay URL (pegpay.com/your_store) with your customers so they can see what offers you currently have available. New local shoppers can find you by search, browsing, email or SMS alerts of new offers in your area. You can use Pegpay to enhance your customer service by allowing customers to research and place orders online, then pick up at your place of business. You can also use your Pegpay as a source of short-term funding by selling store credit to loyal customers at an attractive discount.
 
How do you guys make money?
 
When a customer is motivated to buy, they will “peg” your offer. That means they have committed to purchase at the discounted price, and complete their purchase before the offer expires. We sell pegs to buyers for 99 cents each. No minimum to buy, and no strings attached. We give first-time users their first three (3) pegs for free. This way, we guarantee value to the consumer, and provide a free service to the local business.
 
How do I get started?
 
Just register for free, then click "Sell" to complete your store profile. Create a URL address for your store to share with your existing customers. You're now ready to make your customers an offer. Customers that are motivated by your offer will signup and "peg it". That means they've committed to purchase at the discounted price before the offer expires. We'll send you an email, or give you an automated phone call as orders are placed. You'll have a printable list of customers coming in to redeem for the day, so you can mark their names off as they come in to your place of business.
 
If a customer purchases your Pegpay store credit, we add 100% of that purchase to your Pegpay account balance. When you're ready to collect the money you've earned, just click "withdraw funds". We'll process your request immediately and send the money to your PayPal account within 24 hours. We can also send funds by ACH eCheck or regular mail within 3 to 5 business days, upon request.
